Zhejiang Yueya Engine Co., Ltd. is located in Huangyan District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, a new second-tier city with a vibrant private economy and the reputation of being the "Hometown of Molds" in China. It is 27 kilometers east of Luqiao Airport, 1.8 kilometers from G15 Shenhai Expressway, 6 kilometers from Taizhou High-speed Rail Terminal, and 1 kilometer from Taizhou City Ring Expressway, enjoying extremely convenient transportation. Founded in July 2013, the company is an emerging enterprise specializing in the development, production, and sales of high-quality motorcycle engines.
The company currently employs over 100 staff members, including more than 20 professional technicians, 5 senior engineers, and over 20 management personnel. It also boasts a professional technical development team, manufacturing team, and after-sales support team. In pursuit of quality, the company utilizes engine components from top domestic joint venture brands and is equipped with an advanced engine production line, as well as customized production equipment such as COSMO airtightness tester, Japan's RHREEBOND professional glue applicator, Taiwan's professional torque setting air gun, and automatic spray cleaning machine. The main products include over 20 models of motorcycle engines ranging from 110CC to 200CC, featuring both air cooling and water cooling. These products are exported to various regions in China, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
The company first obtained the China Compulsory Certification (CCC) in 2014. In the same year, we implemented 6S management within the company, standardizing operational procedures and enhancing corporate culture.
To precisely control the quality of incoming components, the company has equipped itself with customized professional inspection equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, hardness testers, SRM series surface roughness measuring instruments, gear runout inspection instruments, and spring tension and compression testing machines. To ensure product leadership, the company controls the entire process of product design, mold development, die casting, finishing, and product inspection for seven major components including the left and right housing, making the quality of "Yueya Power" even more outstanding.
Since its establishment, the company has been adhering to the factory philosophy of "surviving on quality, winning the market with credibility, and achieving eternity through service". It focuses on developing high-quality, high-performance engines, breaking the pattern of homogeneity and low prices in the industry. It always adheres to the manufacturing and service principle of taking the interests of consumers as its own responsibility, with advanced equipment as the guarantee, a lean team as the core, relying on original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) as the foundation, and long-term development as the goal. It carefully produces high-quality, stable-performance, and cost-effective motorcycle power for major OEMs.
