    In order to meet the heat dissipation requirements of the F36, our research team put a lot of effort into the structure of the power unit. The overall structure of the F36 complies with aerodynamics, and several streamlined air vents have been added to the right side of the body to facilitate the entry of natural air into the fan cover. The bottom of the power unit is funnel-shaped, which greatly increases the airflow from the bottom of the car body.

    The F36 has increased the heat dissipation area of the aluminum parts on the cylinder head cover, improving heat dissipation efficiency and greatly extending the service life of the valve train, ensuring that the F36 is as suitable for use in any region as a water-cooled engine. At the same time, the F36's middle cylinder has changed the traditional straight plate heat dissipation structure, adopting a diagonal double-slanted plate arrangement. The thickness of the metal fins has also been increased to achieve more effective heat dissipation.

     The F36 uses Yueya's unique semi-connected design for the magnetic motor cooling structure, which, combined with the adjustment of the fan blade position, can greatly reduce the temperature. Even when the displacement reaches 150CC, it can completely avoid the problem of “burning” the machine. The newly designed fan impeller has high-efficiency air guidance capabilities and can effectively send airflow into the air guide hood to cool the magnetic motor.
