    Our advantages

     

    For GU's heat dissipation, our team optimized its power structure: aerodynamic design with streamlined right-box inlets for natural wind into the fan cover; a funnel-shaped lower section boosts under-vehicle air intake.

    The F36 features an enlarged aluminum cylinder head cover for improved cooling efficiency and valve system durability, making it suitable for all climates like water-cooled engines. Its cylinder adopts diagonal dual-slanted fins with thickened metal ribs for superior heat dissipation.

    F36 uses Yueya's unique semi-connected magneto cooling design with adjusted fan blades, greatly reducing temperature—avoiding engine "burning" even at 150CC. Its new fan impeller efficiently channels airflow into the guide cover to cool the magneto.

    Selected supporting facilities + joint ventures

    The Japanese-cooperative BANDONG belt and pure imported friction shoe blocks are adopted.

    GU uses larger driving/driven wheels than traditional 125 air-cooled engines, with increased transmission ratio boosting climbing/load capacity and enhancing engine performance.
